Stephen Lynch of Ashtead Surrey by his will made 10/07/1769 and proved 02/07/1771 left 'my estate called Skerrets in Nonsuch division' to his son with his first wife Bridget, John Lynch, 'all sugars to be shipped , 1/2 to Robert Skerrett of London and 1/2 to Mr John Kirwan of ditto.' John Lynch died a bachelor, will dated 14/08/1807, sworn 02/01/1809. John Lynch's heir was his nephew Nicholas Nugent.
