William Anderson of the merchant firm Anderson & Kemble of Kingston. Residing in Scotland in 1841 when he wrote to the Compensation Commission on behalf of his partner Mr Kemble who claimed rightful ownership of compensation money awarded to Campbell R. Jackson for Mahogany Vale estate in Port Royal, Jamaica.
