Biography

Gentleman of Bristol. In his will, made in 1764 and proved 07/12/1765, he alluded to [unspecified] property in Jamaica as part of his estate; and to his cousin Joshua Crosby of Ormskirk Lancaster. These details suggest he might have been the Thomas Crosby shown as owner of the Savage estate in Jamaica between 1757 and 1761. He left money to the Quakers in Bristol.
