Owner of an estate and enslaved people in Jamaica, referred to as "Dows Estate". Deceased by 1762, when the estate was in the possession of Robert Dallas. It's not clear her relation to Robert Dallas; in one Accounts Produce entry he is referred to her "legatee and devise of the will of Elizabeth Dows deceased". No Jamaican probate nor PCC will has been found for her.
