Merchant of Kingston, dying of Knightsbridge in 1814. His holdings of enslaved people have not yet been traced by LBS.

  1. Will of John Bourke [formerly of Kingston Jamaica but now] of Knightsbridge proved 08/11/1814. Among other monetary legacies he left his father John Wall [sp?] Bourke of Co. Limerick an annuity of £40 p.a. He left unspecified 'slave-property' including plantations and enslaved people in trust to be disposed of.

  2. 1814 October 28 At Knightsbridge aged 38 [Death of] John Bourke late of Kingston Jamaica.
