Flat Holm Island, Bristol Channel (Somerset)
Light house in the Bristol Channel, the lease of which was acquired by Caleb Dickinson c. 1740s; a moiety was inherited by his grandson William Dickinson II during whose tenure Trinity House rebuilt and refitted the light house c. 1819, before buying it outright in 1823 for £15,838 10s.
