T71/860: claim by Geo. Dempster MD, as executor and trustee under the will of Francis Glasse, of Jamaica. Counterclaim by Francis Glasse, of 29 Parliament Street (Captain on the half pay of the army - see T71/1190), as annuitant under the will (dated 31/12/1823) of his brother-in-law, the Hon. W. Stimpson, of Jamaica. The annuity was for £100 per annum.

T71/1606: letter, dated 03/12/1835, from Eliza Glasse, No. 1 Witlon St., Grosvenor Place, stating: 'Mrs EG begs to inform the C that she is intitled from her Brother's will the Planter Wm Stimpson, an annuity of £100 per annum - he dying some years since left Java Plantation to my son Francis Philip Glasse he unfortunately dying last year left the [repair? entail?] of the Property to me his mother, but being a divided family, I fear it cannot be settled, only by the Chancellor'.

T71/73 p. 163: Francis P. Glasse registered 105 enslaved persons as owner in 1832.
