Harvey, William Ball and Frances Ball, praying an award in their favour. 'Power of attorney from William Ball and Frances his wife with separate examination and consent of wife produced'. Enslaved persons were registered in 1832 by Bennet Harvey, as guardian of Thomas Summers.
