Counterclaim from 'The King, by the Hon Edward Sharpe Attorney General of Barbadoes, judgement of the Admiralty & Attachment thereon 30th /may 1834 £100 sterling & £7 14s 0/4d costs Penalty for harbouring 50 Demijohns'. However, Samuel Henry received the compensation, because of (1) a judgement from 03/07/1826 for £66 10 10/4 currency and (2) the assignment of compensation money, dated 19/03/1835.
