Slave-owner on Barbados. LBS has aggregated several claims in which Samuel Henry appeared, and might have conflated two or more men of the same name. A Samuel Henry junior and a Samuel B. E. Henry also appear in the compensation records. Party to Samuel Henry v John Hall Byar, which was heard on appeal to the Privy Council 13/01/1831, and which concerned a mortgage over the enslaved people appearing under Barbados claim no. 4479.
