Parliamentary Papers p. 314. The award was split -

 

581A: £1744 3s 1d went to Samuel Thompson, 23/01/1836.

 

581B: £1744 3s 2d went to Eliz. Metcalfe, 15/05/1837.

 

T71/881: claim by Alexander Robinson, for himself and his brothers, as legatees. Counterclaim from Elizabeth Metcalfe (widow, relict, administratrix and a devisee of Geo. Metcalfe, of Halton, County of Yorkshire) by D.S. Laidlaw, her attorney, mortgagee of a moiety of the estate etc. according to a deed dated 23/06/1817, for £12564 19s 5d.

 

Samuel Thompson was the executor and trustee of John Robinson of Dominica, whose will was proved in 1809.
