Notes

Plotted as part of Lot 29 in St Mark, Grenada, in Daniel Paterson's Topographical Description of the Island of Grenada (1780). By 1801 (in Gavin Smith's Plan of the Island of Grenada), Lot 29 had been split into two: the main part being Union sugar estate (see GR17) and the second part being a provision ground owned by W. Sandbach. This may have been the provision ground for Resource sugar estate (see GR1354), also owned by William Sandbach. Identified in 1824 as Fountain estate but not identified in the slave registers. Possibly appears in the slave registers with enslaved people on Resource.
