In her will made in 1803 Ann Baxter left all her right and interest in and to the St Tuly's estate to her nephew Edward Manning Paplay. Her uncle Edward Manning had left the estate to Sabine Turner and to Ann Baxters' step-sisters. Sabine Turner bequeathed his 1/4 share to Ann Baxter's parents, Francis and Sarah Baxter.
