Biography

  1. Born 26/01/1800. Son and executor of Philip Anglin Scarlett (1768-1823) and Bonella Bowen (Philip Anglin Scarlett the father died in London in 1823, and was buried at St Martin-in-the-Fields aged 54 06/07/1823; will of Philip Anglin Scarlett proved 20/04/1825).

  2. One of the witnesses to the will of Charles Barnett, then residing on Riley's Estate, Parish of Hanover, Jamaica: "Philip A. Scarlett Planter = Danl. D Fisher = Benjamin Foster".
