John Haughton James junior, the son of John Haughton James senior (q.v.) and Mary Halton, brother of Philip Haughton James (q.v.) and of Catherine Haughton Clarke, the widow of Sir Simon Haughton Clarke (q.v.) for whom John Haughton James junior was an executor and trustee for several estates in Jamaica. Born Huntingdonshire c. 1799, died Jamaica 1882.
