Born [Louisa Senior Lawrence] in St Ann, Jamaica, c. 1808 and married before 1835. In the censuses for England 1841-1871 in London, living in a lodging house on Manchester Street, Marylebone (1841), St John’s Place, Marylebone (1851), 3 Greville Place (1861) and 2 Clarendon Gardens, Paddington (1871). Her husband died in 1872 and his death was registered in Kensington, London.
Louisa Barnett, widow of 39 Richmond Road, Westbourne Grove, Middlesex, died 26/09/1874. This is a very likely match as her will was proved by her executor William Whitehorne Lawrence (q.v.), who had also owned property in St. Ann, Jamaica. Effects under £200. Her death was registered in Kensington Q3 1874; she was age 69.
