Late of St Lucia 'but now residing in Montague Square', signed an affadavit concerning the claim of Pierre Guy de Mareil of the island of St Lucia, planter, and was separately awarded the compensation for seven enslaved people under St Lucia no. 232. Brother of William Muter (q.v.).
