William Dennis Hall

William Dennis Hall, baptised 27/06/1763 in Kingston, Jamaica, son of William Hall (1731-1794) and his first wife Elizabeth Montgomery. Married Harriet Turton in Kingston, Jamaica, 13/12/1788. Father of ten children including Elizabeth Ann, Mary Sophia, Jane Melmoth, Fanny, Harriot and Melmoth Turton (all q.v.). Half-brother of Harry Irvine Hall (q.v.). He was also a great-grandson of William Melmoth the Elder (1665-1743) through his daughter Sophia Melmoth and Joseph Hall (who married 01/11/1729 in Fleet Street, London).
