Biography

Residuary legatee of Isabella Susanna Howell (q.v.), from who she inherited a group of enslaved people in Clarendon Jamaica, and daughter of William Bullock of Jamaica. She married Sir James Dawes Douglas (q.v.), another scion of a Jamaica slave-owning family, in 1815.
