Darcus MacNamara

???? - 1830

Biography

Widow of Francis MacNamara (q.v.) of Trinidad, and annuitant on the Belle Air estate there. Presumably connected with Frances Norton MacNamara (q.v.) but the form of connection has not yet been established.

  1. The will of Darcus McNamara widow of St Pancras Middlesex was proved 21/01/1831. The will identifies her as widow of Francis McNamara late of Escurial estate in Trinidad and now residing at 28 Church Street St Pancras. She left monetary legacies to nieces and nephews, and alludes to the settlement of the annuity secured to her on Belle Air, but makes no reference to either a son W.B. MacNamara (to whom the Belle Air estate had been conveyed in trust by Francis MacNamara in 1808) or (presumably) a daughter-in-law Frances N. Macnamara or McNamara, or to the Fragrante estate.
