- Will of Patrick Trehee merchant [late] of London [made in Jamaica in 1736] proved 24/10/1737. Under the will he provided £400 and an annuity of £24 p.a. to his natural son James Trehee, then apprenticed to an apothecary at Cork in Ireland, £600 to his wife Elizabeth, and left monetary legacies to relatives in Waterford, and bequeathed his estates of Oxford and Spring Garden in St Thomas-in-the-East to his nephews James Welsh and Patrick Welsh.
