Biography

Son of Thomas Thoresby (q.v.) of Barton House Barton Mills, who had purchased an annuity on both their lives from John Abel Ward secured on the latter's property including enslaved people on Nevis.

  2. Will of Rev. Thomas Thoresby clerk [late of Barton Mills but now of] Eriswell Suffolk proved 24/07/1813. His wife Anna Maria was the major beneficiary.
