Resident slave-owner on Jamaica. William Wiggan Ball and Ann Brown had a son baptised Henry Wiggan Ball in St James, Jamaica, 11/01/1834. William Wiggan Ball acquired enslaved people and land in Westmoreland, Jamaica, in right of his wife Ann at some point between 1829 and 1832. No will or death-date has yet been found for him.
