Son of Miles Brathwaite (q.v.). Registered MB's enslaved in 1832. Married Frances Prime Howell, daughter of Thomas Rous Howell senior and his second wife Fanny Prime nee Mayers in Christ Church, 19/04/1831. They had two sons: Ireneus Moe baptised in St Michael, Barbados, 1832; George Moe baptised in St Philip, 1841. Deceased before the death of his wife in June 1862.
