Of Horsley Down, Surrey, trustee with James Bancks and Richard Humber on the Shickle's Pen estate (Clarendon No. 350A & B), but also the partner of Webster Flockton (q.v.) in Thomas Flockton & Sons (q.v.).

  1. Thomas Flockton, age 65, of independent means, born in the same parish, was living at Mill Cottages, East Moulsey, in Surrey in 1841 with Mary Ann Flockton age 25, Thomas Flockton age 7 and Anne Flockton age 2. Will of Thomas Flockton of 13 Paragon New Kent Road Surrey proved 08/06/1846. He had been buried aged 72 at St John Horsleydown 17/01/1846.
