  2. Rebecca Ann, daughter of Richard and Milborough Graves Mason of St Ann was born 10/12/1808 and baptised in Trelawny 18/7/1809. Joseph Linton, son of Richard Mason and his wife Milbrough Graves, born 27/03/1811 and baptised 09/03/1815 in Clarendon. Richard Mason had died by 1820.

From 1826, George Haughton Reid registered enslaved people on York Valley in right of his wife Milbrough Graves Reid. Elizabeth Smart Haughton Reid, daughter of George Haughton Reid and his wife Milbrow Greaves, baptised in St Ann in 1830.

  4. The daughter is (despite the slight age discrepancy) Rebecca Ann Daly, widow, annuitant, aged 49, born St Ann, Jamaica, lodging in Paddington in 1861 together with her son Daniel Daly, aged 17, born Kingston, Jamaica; aged 59 in 1871 when living in Kensington with her unmarried nieces Mary Ann Mason, 35, and Josephine Mason, 33, both born Jamaica; aged 80 when she died at her residence, 17 St.George’s Terrace, Kensington, 18/4/1890. The nieces were daughters of Joseph Linton Mason of Falmouth, practitioner in physic and surgery, and his wife Emma: they were baptised in Trelawny 20/12/1837 (Mary Ann was born 19/3/1836 and was proprietor of ladies’ school in London, 1881; Josephine was born 20/11/1837).

  5. Living with Rebecca Ann Daly in 1871 was Mary Kindell, aged 47, born London, who was probably the same as Mary Kindell, aged 27, born London, visiting Mary Daly, magistrate’s widow, aged 40, born Jamaica, at St Pancras in 1851. The latter may have been the widow of Richard Daly, stipendiary magistrate in Jamaica 1834-46.
