Daughter of James Hewitt Massy-Dawson (q.v.), married to Edward O'Brien, inherited a share of Prospect Pen and Pembroke Hall estates in Jamaica from her mother Eliza Jane Dennis.

  1. Born 06/03/1815 and baptised on 01/04/1815 in St Mary-le-bone, Middlesex. Parents were James Hewitt Massy Dawson and Eliza Jane Dennis. Married Edward O'Brien 15/08/1839. She is a widow by the time of the 1861 census, living at Portsmouth Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. Was living in Dublin, Ireland, for the birth of her son Edward O'Brien c. 1840.

  2. She inherited Prospect Estate from her mother Eliza Jane Dennis, who had in turn inherited from her father Francis Dennis when aged 13. Co-claimant with her siblings Capt James Massy Dawson (q.v.), Rev. John Massy Dawson (q.v.), Isabella Pallmer Massy Dawson (q.v.), Charles Nicholas Pallmer Massy Dawson (q.v.), Francis Dennis Massey[sic] Dawson (q.v.) and Robert Bolton Massy Dawson (q.v.), her brother-in-law Robert Mont[agu] Poore (q.v.) and her aunt Maria Francis Pallmer (q.v.).

  3. Died 29/03/1908, her will proven in London 14/10/1909 to Edward Arthur O'Brien esquire, effects nil.
