Given as J. Trevelyan but almost certainly John Trevelyan, son of the Rev. Walter Trevelyan (q.v., d. c. 1830). The will of John Trevelyan of No. 9 Lansdown Place West Bath proved 22/11/1852 identifies his father as Rev. Walter Trevelyan of Henry but is silent on property in Grenada.

Jamaican-born widow of a prominent slave-owner; resident in Britain following the death of her husband in 1818. Accused - and acquitted - of the cruel treatment of some enslaved people whom she brought to Britain with her.

An inventory and valuation of enslaved persons at Williamsfield settlement, St Elisabeth parish, Jamaica, 1814. 3. An inventory of animals at Windsor Estate, St Elizabeth parish, Jamaica, 1814. 4. A cover note outlining the contents of the document.
