Army captain of Dublin, awarded the compensation with his wife Eleanor Nolan (q.v.), having claimed as 'owner-in-fee in right of wife',  for 33 enslaved people hired out on Lapland Pen belonging to James Graham-Clarke (q.v.).

  1. In February 1832 Captain Robert Nolan was transferred from half-pay with the York Chasseurs to the 97th Foot.
