???? - 1805
1st daughter and co-heir of John Pare of Antigua, from whom she inherited one moiety of the Pares estate on his death in 1757 at Clifton; she also owned the Belvidere estate on Antigua, probably through her marriage, and the Waterford estate (q.v.) on Barbados which she apparently inherited through the marriage of an aunt to Mr Tunckes of Barbados. She died in London c. 1805. Her will appears to run counter to much of the will of her deceased husband Dr Ashton Warner (dated 05/04/1789) in which he sought to leave property, including the Belvidere plantation for life, to Mrs Mary Ann Masset, a widow of Antigua.
