Natural daughter of Elizabeth Junor, a "free coloured woman", and James Hay, owner of several estates in Grenada, who died at Chelsea in 1819. Bequeathed £10,000 in her father's will.

Hay and sisters Sarah Hay, Charlotte Hay and Elizabeth Young, nephew Charles Stewart Young and nieces Georgiana E. and Margaret L. Young, with 3 female servants. Living at Errol Lodge, South Norwood, in the census of 1871 with her nephew Charles R. Young, neices Georgiana and Margaret, sister Sarah Hay and 2 female servants.

  2. The will of Bridget Georgiana Hay formerly of Erroll Lodge, Selhurst Road, South Norwood in the County of Surrey but late of 59 Elsham-road Kensington in the county of Middlesex spinster who died 2 May 1877 at 59 Elsham-road was proved at the Principal Registry by Charles Stewart Young of 59 Elsham-road Esquire the nephew the surviving executor.
