John Morris of St Thomas-in-the-East, Jamaica.

To my father Thomas Morris of the parish of St John's, Worcestershire, £100 sterling per annum for life.

The remainder of my property to my death wife and my daughter Harriet Onslow Morris or any children that may be at my decease, share and share alike. In respect to the property left me by my late uncle Edward Davis I bequeath it also to my said wife and daughter and any other children.

In case of the death of my wife and daughter I leave my whole property to my aunt Ann Davis of West Clandon for her nautral life and thereafter to William Melleish and Sarah his wife and their children share and share alike, subject to the following annuities. To Edward Davis, the natural son of my late uncle Edward Davis, and to his wife, £50 per annum for life. To Susan Butcher £50 per annum for life and the life of her husband. £30 per annum to Edward Marten, son of William and Elizabeth Marten, for life.

My wife Ann Morris of Jamaica, Ann Davis and William Melleish of West Clandon to be my executors.
