Eldest daughter of Richard Welch senior of Hyde estate in Jamaica. Bequeathed £2000 at age 21 under the terms of her father's will. Came to an agreement with her siblings and her nephew's widow over the ownership of Hyde estate at some point between 1817, the terms of which are unclear, but which would indicate she still owned part of the estate or perhaps held a mortgage on it.
Married Thomas Reynolds, who died in 1815 at Waterloo.
