Resident slave-owner on Dominica. The will of John Corlet of Dominica proved 27/06/1814 identified Frances Phipps Audain as his sister and James Corlet as his brother, who were his co-heirs. She was described as 'widow' in the probate of her brother's will [the probate gives her as Mary Phipps Audain].
