Biography

Apparently a Barbados planter but clearly travelling frequently to London, where he was in 1837, 1840 and 1845. However, no evidence has been found to date of a census entry, a will or a burial in Britain.  

  1. Plaque in St Michael's Cathedral: 'Sacred to the memory of Mrs Elizabeth Ann the beloved wife of Bryan Taylor Young Esq., and only sister of the Rev. Bryan Taylor Nurse of London obit 19 April a.d. 1859'.
