Biography

London merchant, partner first with his uncle Stephen Fuller and then with Augustus Elliott Fuller, and nephew of Rose Fuller of Jamaica (each of whom q.v.). Left £120,000 on his death in 1821.

  1. Will of Rose Fuller merchant of York Street, Baker Street St Marylebone and St Clements Lane City of London proved 08/12/1821. Under the will he instructed his trustees - Rev. Thomas Fuller (his son) and Augustus Elliott Fuller (his partner) - to buy as much 3% consolidated bank annuities as would yield £800 p.a. for his wife Elizabeth for her life, with half the principal sum thereafter passing to Rev. Thomas Fuller and half remaining in trust for his daughter Mary Ann, then living at York Street with him. His legacies included £300 to his clerk John Hasler (q.v.). His will makes no reference to property in people in the Caribbean.
